Health research project


To have MIND-BODY HEALTH in balance there is many things you can do. There is one thing that helps alot is by just relaxing and breathing right. Alot of people have forgotten what to do. The key to relaxation is just to forget about everything in the world. Just let your mind go clear and blank. Next take really deep breathe. Keep the breath in side of you then slowly breath out. Don’t do it to quickly because you might get light headed.

Another way to release stress and relax is by your imagination. Picture the thing you like and love the most and let everything else go. You can listen to slow soft music to relax you and sooth you. Imagine like you’re in the music and go blank. When you breathe take deep breaths from your nose and let the breath out through your mouth slowly.

These tips can be really helpful because you might need to relax or get a panic attack or even a heart attack. That is really bad because you might die. Theses little tips might save your life. The best way to prevent panic attacks and everything else is just by not keeping everything balled up in you. Express your self. If you don’t your going to be like a ticking time bomb.
