unit 1


My topic was mind -body health. This is very important for everyone. If your mind and body aren’t healthy then you might be cranky all the time. You are always in a bad mood and mat about everything. There are different types of mind-body health issues.

When you are anger you can damage every thing. You can be mad all the time. You cannot do your homework, and one thing leads to another. You can loose control of your life. They tell you " treat someone like you want to be treated". If you are mean and anger at people then they are going to do the same. Some techniques to control your anger is by controlling your breathing. Something likes mediation. You take deep breaths to control your anger.

If you’re always mad then you can be in stress. When you are stressed out you don’t eat or sleep and or anything. You can also get a bunch of acne. To release stress you can go for a jog play some sports. it releases stress.
